Rhian and Shawn are your expert brokers. We believe two heads are better than one, and two experienced mortgage brokers are even better. We work as a partnership which allows us to pool our expertise, share insights, and brainstorm innovative strategies to find the perfect mortgage fit for you.

Shawn has worked in finance for over 25 years. Having started out as a chartered accountant, he spent over 10 years specialising in the banking sector. He has been broking now for over 12 years and understands how to make complex deals work. His finance background lends itself to all deals but specifically complex deal structures including self employed, company/trust structures, asset finance and business lending. He believes in transparency and furnishing you with the facts you need to make informed decisions when it comes to the right finance for you.
Shawn has accumulated a wealth of knowledge over the last 25 year and knows lender policy inside and out.

Shawn is a warm, approachable individual. Outside of the office you will find him teaching yoga, spending time with his kids, in the ocean swimming or surfing, generally just enjoying what life has to offer.
Rhian joined Lime Mortgage Brokers 3 years ago. Her journey began in a broker support role and quickly evolved to becoming a broker as she recognized the significance of guiding clients through the complex landscape of mortgage choices. Over the years, she has honed her skills by staying up-to-date with the ever-evolving trends in the market and she understands that one size doesn’t fit all in the mortgage world….Thats why together with the team at Lime she has cultivated a robust network of up to 40 lenders…each offering a diverse range of mortgage products.
This extensive panel empowers Rhian to handpick options that align perfectly with her clients’ preferences and unique circumstances….whether it’s a first-time homebuyer seeking stability or a seasoned investor chasing optimal terms! She has had the privilege of assisting countless clients in finding the perfect financing options for purchasing their homes or just refinancing to take advantage of the best deals in the marketplace
Having a young family of her own, she understands the time pressures that most people face and she aims to “take the pressure off” by making the process as simple as it can possibly be, and demystifying what can be seen as a complex decision for a lot of people to make! She aims to offer simple advice in an easy to understand format, enabling you to make the right decisions for you and your family with no pressure or “bank talk” to worry about:)
Lydia works as a broker support, assisting with the home loan application process from preparation to settlement, to ensure your application is presented to the bank in the most professional way. Lydia has worked as broker support for over 4 years.
