PLAN TO BUY is our offer to help you take the right steps so that you can qualify for finance to purchase a home.

Plan to buy works as follows:

• We will conduct an initial assessment of your current circumstances. This will only take about 20 minutes and can be done over the phone.
  
  
• From the initial assessment we can let you know if you qualify for finance currently. If you do not qualify for finance at this stage we will provide you with detail as to why you currently don’t qualify.
  
  
• Together we will look at setting some goals for you to work towards to see if we can get you into your first home.

There are no guarantees, but if you are willing to work with us we will provide you with a plan which if you follow will help you purchase property.
